Opening the Chakras Using Oils- Recipes

The Chakras are energy centers within your body that help with good energy flow among other things.  It is important in order to maintain good spiritual hygiene to keep your chakras open and flowing.  There are a number of ways to do this.  Below I have included a list of recipes for essential oils, one for each chakra that will help to open them up.  I like to put each one in a separate glass vial with a roller ball at the end and a little bit of alcohol to thin the oil out so that it flows.  You can simply apply each oil individually, starting with the root to your wrists and breathe in the aroma. You may feel the energy of them opening or just feel relaxed throughout the entire treatment. I like to put on some relaxing music and allow the oils to work in my system.  At times, I combine other treatments like vocal toning or severing of karmic ties, however it is not necessary and oils are a beautiful way to raise your vibration and let the energy flow…
