Elephants Remember

Elephants mourn their dead,

returning annually to the bones,

grieving,

honoring,

caressing them.

They, like dolphins and turtles,

share one collective soul.

When an elephant dies

anywhere in the world,

it is felt among the herd,

who reclaim the energy,

absorbing the memories,

the experiences,

welcome home

the vibration of the one lost.
